reach and maintain your health and fitness goals.
Personal Training
I will create a program designed specifically for you based on your goals and current level of fitness. Are ready to commit? I'll work with you to maintain your motivation and support you on your path to health and wellness.
I follow Covid-19 safe practices. Trainings can be done at my home studio or on-line.
Outdoor Fitness
I offer unique outdoor fitness programs including strength and cardio training outdoors, trail running instruction, outdoor sport specific training. Contact me to find out more about outdoor training.
Virtual Personal Training
I can design a personal training program and meet with you online to provide all the benefits of in person personal training sessions. Programs will be customized based on your fitness level and goals along with the space you have to exercise in and the equipment you have at home.
