Strength Compassion Creativity

I believe we are all strong.

I created Indigo Fitness to provide personal training programs for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Through compassion and creativity I will work with you to meet your goals for strength, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory fitness. I bring to each client the skills and experience I have gained through my years as a coach, an adaptive outdoor recreation leader and personal trainer.

I help people build strength.

  • Anyone who has been inactive and wants to start a fitness practice for health and wellness.

  • Folks looking to build more strength and improve cardio-respiratory  health

  • Athletes working towards the next level

  • People with disabilities or limited mobility looking to increase balance and strength

I believe getting outside is vital to our health and well-being.

I design fitness programs that can be done indoors or outdoors.  I can incorporate outdoor recreation activities, like trail running, hiking, snowshoeing into your program. I also provide custom training to get you in shape for kayaking, SUP, skiing, hiking and more.
